KBB combines art and culture with institutional stability, making it a reliable partner in public tenders. With our venues – the Berlin International Film Festival (Berlinale), the Berliner Festspiele including the Gropius Bau and Haus der Kulturen der Welt – we realise events and exhibitions all year round, bringing people from all over the world together. More information on KBB’s profile and cultural mission can be found here.
As a public contracting authority, KBB is subject to the rules and regulations of public procurement. Our tenders range from infrastructural services in the area of facility management to supplies and services in the design and IT sectors to event technology.
For several years now, we have been increasing our efforts with regard to ecological sustainability and, with the introduction of the environmental management system EMAS, have also formulated new requirements for our procurement management. We follow guidelines for the environmentally friendly procurement and organisation of cultural events for our service descriptions and also systematically take them into account in the selection of our partners.
You can find the announcements of our current national and EU-wide tenders on the German procurement and publication platform Bund.de. Here you will also find an overview of notices of contracts awarded by selecting “Vergebene Aufträge.”
In addition to being published on Bund.de, all EU-wide calls for tenders are also published on the procurement portal Ted.de. To view all current KBB tenders, please enter “KBB” or “Kulturveranstaltungen des Bundes in Berlin GmbH” in the search form – regardless of the selected award platform.
